    Our Return Policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    As per Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund for a faulty product.

    Noosa Swimwear reserves the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange for a faulty garment.  This will be done in line with our Swimwear Care Instructions and will take into account misuse or neglect of the item. Noosa Swimwear may elect to return the product to the manufacturers repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.  Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges, refunds or credit notes will not be provided after use.


    We offer a refund within 30 days for online purchases for change of mind providing the following criteria are met:

        1. Proof of purchase is provided;
        2. Swing tickets and hygiene stickers are attached;
        3. The garment or item is in original condition, unworn and unwashed. (Please ensure swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, in the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we consider this has not been done)
        4. A completed Returns Form is included in the Returns Package.

      Please note:

      • Return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable and are at the customers expense. We do not accept responsibility for customer-sent return packages and advise that customers should select a service that provides tracking. We will issue a refund only when we receive the package with the returned item(s) conforming to the requirements above.
      • Noosa Swimwear can accept goods purchased online for refund at our stores, however refunds cannot be processed in-store. Goods returned this way need to meet the requirements above and include a completed Returns Form. Any refund requested for an online purchase at our store will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.
      • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of Noosa Swimwear receiving the returned parcel. An email notification will be sent for verification. Please allow 1-3 business days for fund to appear in your account. 


      Should you experience a problem with your item please follow these steps:

      1. Email us at providing details of the fault.  Please include a photo of the fault, proof of purchase and a contact phone number.
      2. Depending on the nature of the issue we may ask for further details of “care and use” to be supplied should we have to return the garment to manufacturer for further testing and assessment. 
      3. We will then provide a return authorization number for return of the garment.
