Noosa Swimwear offers free express shipping for all Australian orders over $100 after any discounts have been applied. All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping and each parcel is completely trackable to your delivery destination. All other orders within Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $10.00.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders from our warehouse on the same day where possible. Please be aware however that deliveries to rural areas may take significantly longer than the estimated delivery times stated. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is on its way! This email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your parcels progress. Australian customers can track their parcel via Australia Post here.
Custom or Import Duty Fees (International Only)
Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Noosa Swimwear will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.
